This position will be with Germany's leading dermatological platform providing patients with immediate access to personalized medical treatments for all skin problems. Their mission is to be the leading online dermatology clinic that makes highly effective dermatological treatments easily accessible to everyone and have conducted nearly a million treatments for their patients.

To further enhance their service and support their growth, the company is now looking for a dedicated Team Lead Customer Sales Operations who will strengthen their sales team and actively contribute to acquiring new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop the remote Customer Sales team, fostering a high-performance and motivated team culture

  • Strategic Planning & Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency

  • Operational Sales: Actively support the sales team in acquiring and managing customers, conducting patient consultations (about 50% of your time)

  • Data Analysis: Utilize reports to measure sales performance, identify trends, and derive improvements

  • Technology Utilization: Manage and optimize the Sales CRM system for your team

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent German (ideally native level) + English

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and developing teams, ideally in Sales Operations or a similar environment

  • Sales Experience: Solid knowledge and practical experience in B2C sales

  • Process Understanding: Strong knowledge of Sales Operations processes & CRM systems

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience in using reports for decision-making

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in native-level German and proficient English

  • Solution Orientation: Ability to identify problems, develop creative solutions, and successfully implement them

  • Time zone: 8am-6pm CETapprox. (in shifts) – either 8am-4pm and/ or 10am-6pm CET
