Due to internal promotions, we are seeking an experienced Team Lead for our Service Delivery Management team.

About the role:

  • Lead and manage a team of Service Delivery Managers to ensure delivery of excellent service to blueAPACHE customers
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring high performance and professional development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvement and efficiency in service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Monitor and report on service performance, ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Service Delivery Management or a similar role
  • Prior experience in team leadership or people management
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Experience in managing and improving service delivery metrics and KPIs
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL are desirable
