Job Description:

As a Tech Recruiter, your role is crucial in finding top tech talent to drive our ongoing tech initiatives. Your focus will be on sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who align with our values and have the necessary skills to innovate and support our technology-driven projects. Working closely with hiring managers, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from posting jobs to negotiating offers, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand tech needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments
  • Keep stakeholders updated on progress and manage candidate pipelines efficiently
  • Work with HR to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience
  • Contribute to employer branding to attract top tech talent
  • Stay updated on tech recruitment trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in the technology sector, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with tech roles and technical skill sets, such as software development, data analytics, and IT infrastructure
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively
  • Detail-oriented approach and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
