As a Tech Recruitment Lead, you will play a crucial role in building our technical talent pipeline and successfully hiring top-notch non-tech and tech professionals. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and recruit top technical talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and priorities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their technical skills and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and platforms.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully hiring technical professionals, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and trends in the industry
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
