We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.
We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and we’re growing very fast, on track to hit double digit ARR by June this year.

Role Overview
As a Technical Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with highly skilled technical candidates.
What You’ll Do
Proactively identify and engage with top technical talent using various sourcing tools.
Develop engagement strategies to attract passive candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and optimize sourcing strategies.
Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Must have
1-3 years in technical sourcing, recruiting, or a related role within a startup or fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, DevOps) and ability to assess candidate profiles.
Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication for engaging candidates and internal teams.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-standard environment, delivering quality work under tight deadlines.
Ability to pivot in a fast-changing environment and prioritize multiple roles.
