Requirements

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a MarTECH/Web Lead to join our marketing team. This role will work closely with the global Marketing and Product teams to develop and maintain the technical stack that sits beneath our CRM and paid media activity. They will also be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the infrastructure, security, and development of the company’s website and related digital communication and analytics tools. The ideal candidate will need proven management experience in a highly dynamic and multiple brand setting. They will manage the integration of the website with other digital systems. They will also manage the website content, features, and functionality for the entire company.

As an innovative and entrepreneurial leader, the ideal candidate for this role will stay on top of tools, trends, technologies and best practices as it relates to marketing and web development. They will address technical challenges and provide new solutions to meet project objectives. They will work closely with leadership to strategize and develop long-term plans that foster new levels of productivity and success of the company.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Lead and manage web/landing page development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
  • Supervise and provide guidance to in-house and outsourced developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Oversee CRM and paid marketing technology infrastructure and access; data management and analytics
  • Utilize your WordPress and PHP expertise to oversee the technical aspects of landing page development, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with the design studio team to understand their requirements and transform their designs into functional landing pages.
  • Serve as the escalation point for day-to-day support and QA across platforms
  • Ensure that all landing pages meet quality standards and are fully functional across various devices and browsers.
  • Maintain project documentation, including requirements, technical specifications, and progress reports.
  • Act as a bridge between the design studio team and developers, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Act as the primary CRM and paid ads stakeholder in conversations with product and data to ensure we have the right tool and data

YOU HAVE…

  • Proven experience in WordPress development, PHP programming, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and sprint-based project management
  • Experience in setting up end-to-end marketing technology stacks, marketing automation programs, and data flows
  • Experience working with customer data platforms, tag management platforms, web analytics tools, and marketing automation tools
  • 2+ years’ experience in developing and maintaining PHP Laravel servers
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, specifically within Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Ability to see the big picture and develop a long-term roadmap and strategy, while also being comfortable in the weeds, tackling all aspects of a project hands-on
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to remain collaborative and positive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams globally and flexibility to work across time zones when necessary
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Experience with GTM (google tags manager) a plus
