Job Description

As a Senior Technical Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing technical enablement initiatives for Solution Engineering, Professional Services, and other technical teams. Your role will focus on developing a comprehensive technical curriculum and onboarding programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our technical audience.

Responsibilities:

Technical Curriculum Development:

• Lead the development of technical training curricula for Solution Engineering, Professional Services, and other technical audiences.
• Design and deliver technical enablement programs for ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant training materials, including documentation, presentations, and hands-on exercises.

Onboarding Program:

• Lead the creation and execution of onboarding programs for new hires within technical roles.
• Develop onboarding materials, including documentation, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth integration of new team members into their respective roles.

Program Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

• Implement robust metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of technical enablement programs, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
• Regularly report on the progress of technical enablement initiatives to relevant stakeholders.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with Solution Engineering, Professional Services, and other technical teams to understand their unique needs and challenges.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback and assess the impact of technical enablement initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless integration of technical training into daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Proven experience in technical enablement, curriculum development, and onboarding program management.
• Strong understanding of Solution Engineering, Professional Services, and technical roles within the industry.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Experience with learning management systems and proficiency in educational technologies.
