We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner with a strong background as a Technical Business Analyst to lead our AI project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with globally dispersed teams and be fluent in both Dutch or French, and English. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering high-quality AI solutions.
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the AI project, aligning it with business objectives.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with globally dispersed teams, including developers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Conduct regular reviews and sprint planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress towards project milestones.
- Analyze and assess the impact of new features and changes, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Ensure the product meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst in the AI domain.
- Fluent in either Dutch or French, and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with globally dispersed teams, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Exposure / experience in projects with new-age AI tools and technologies, e.g., Microsoft Azure AI, Open AI, etc.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning, and data science concepts is a plus.
