At Counterpart Health, a subsidiary of Clover, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient outcomes with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant which was incubated by Clover Health as Clover Assistant and has helped improve plan performance and clinical outcomes for Medicare members through proprietary AI technology.

In 2018, Clover opened our first international office in Hong Kong as the company's software engineering hub. Leveraging Clover's proprietary machine learning models, our software engineers in Hong Kong partner with our US-based teams to build software that transforms the landscape of the healthcare industry.

We are looking for Technical Program Managers for the Engineering team to drive forward our engineering projects. You will work with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals on building tools to improve the health of real people.

As a Technical Program Manager in Engineering, you will:

  • Build processes that unblock engineers and enable us to build the best products for our providers and patients.
  • Develop and foster our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proactively identify issues affecting engineering delivery and work to correct those.
  • Build a bridge between product managers and engineers ensuring complex problems are broken down and tracked appropriately.
  • Help guide engineers in making decisions that meet project scope and timeframes.
  • Share reports and metrics on team progress with organizational leadership.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have been a technical program manager for an engineering or similar technical team for 3+ years.
  • You have experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
  • You have working knowledge of project management best practices and have experience working with project management tools (i.e. JIRA or similar).
  • You have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle competing deadlines.
  • You have a solid track record of helping engineering teams meet deadlines.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $167k to $204k. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.
