We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead some pretty complex initiatives. You’ll be working closely with teams both in our chapter and across the company, making sure our systems are built to scale and run smoothly. Whether it’s improving our core infrastructure or helping to deliver new features, you’ll be the glue that keeps everything on track, and you’ll play a big role in ensuring our platform delivers top-notch performance and reliability for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage large, cross-team initiatives that involve everything from infrastructure to new feature development.
  • Work closely with engineers and product folks to turn business needs into clear technical plans.
  • Keep track of progress, remove roadblocks, and keep everyone aligned to hit our deadlines.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
  • Make sure our systems are scalable, reliable, and built with long-term growth in mind.
  • Continuously improve how we work—whether it’s process tweaks or better communication.
  • Track key performance metrics and help optimize our approach to delivering high-quality products.
  • Work with other chapters and teams across the company to ensure we’re building solutions that serve everyone’s needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs/initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, DevOps, and software development.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Comfortable working across teams, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once.
  • Familiar with tools like project/task management tools and comfortable working in agile environments.
  • A technical background (engineering, computer science, etc.) is a bonus.

Benefits

  • Fully remote team - choose where you live
  • Work from home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office
  • Apple laptops provided for new employees
  • Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year
  • Parental leave for qualified employees
  • Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact
