Overview:
Job Title: Technical Trainer
Job Location: Remote, US
Job Responsibilities:
The Technical Trainer position shall be responsible for:
- Delivery of structured training in a Military type of environment.
- Providing training in some discipline of either Satellite Communications or Network Communications following a structured curriculum.
- Perform inspections of training programs and personnel to ensure compliance with Government policy.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on the content areas in which they specialize.
- Managing the learning environment for classroom setup, systems setup, course materials, media, and on-line learning.
- Tracks daily attendance and student performance against outlined competencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret Clearance
- Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
- Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide and receive feedback in a training environment.
- Able to travel up to 30% both CONUS and Internationally.
Education:
- High School Diploma.
- Some college preferred.
