Phoenix Cyber is looking for a Technical Writer to support one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be great at working with multiple stakeholders to define and implement technical requirements.
This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position anywhere in the continental United States.
Job Duties
- Schedule meetings with Subject Matter Experts to discuss technical requirements
- Turn meeting notes into a design document and circulate the document for review and approval
- Hand the design document to developers and answer any questions they have during development
- Once development is done and the new functionality is deployed, help with testing
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of client facing consulting and business analysis experience
- 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience developing high-quality deliverables using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated interviewing skills to gather requirements, illustrate as-is processes, analyze gaps, research and collaborate with technology SMEs, and draft future state roadmaps for impacted processes
- Eligible for a Government Security Clearance
