adQuadrant is seeking a passionate TikTok Creative Producer to craft engaging, on-brand content for clients in various industries, including D2C and e-commerce. If you live and breathe TikTok, have a knack for creating viral content, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, this role is for you. As the TikTok Creative Producer, you will oversee content production from ideation to execution, ensuring that campaigns resonate with audiences and drive measurable results.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate TikTok content for clients, leveraging platform trends to enhance engagement and visibility.
  • Serve as the TikTok producer, developing social commerce and organic content that resonates and goes viral.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ideate TikTok-first concepts and content strategies that drive results.
  • Craft organic content showcasing product features in creative, compelling ways to increase sales.
  • Understand each client’s brand identity and objectives to ensure alignment with creative vision and strategy.
  • Source and manage external talent for content production, ensuring high-quality execution of creative concepts.
  • Utilize AI technology and data analytics to optimize campaign performance and inform creative decisions.
  • Develop detailed creative briefs outlining campaign goals, messaging, target audience, and aesthetic direction.
  • Oversee the entire production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2 years) in a similar role within a creative agency or digital marketing environment, with a focus on direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of producing TikTok ads and content that connects authentically with audiences.
  • Experience in sourcing and managing external talent, overseeing production, and managing logistics.
  • Expertise in TikTok trends, content creation, and social media challenges.
  • Solid project management skills, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual expression, able to translate brand identity into compelling visual content.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to internal teams and clients.

  • Appreciation of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Pinterest)
  • Mac platform pro

Compensation:

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (USD)

Location-Based Pay:

  • Compensation is based on the candidate's location within the United States.

Note: The salary range represents the base salary and does not account for additional benefits. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
