Unicorn Role Overview:
Are you a confident and empathetic professional with a knack for building relationships? As a Part-Time Sales Assistant, you will support a thriving photography business by managing client interactions and assisting with image selection for post-session presentations. This role allows the business owner to focus on development and creative tasks while you take charge of sales calls and client relations. Your ability to connect with clients and guide them through the selection process will be crucial to enhancing the customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Sales Calls: Conduct post-session sales calls via Zoom, presenting portrait packages to clients and ensuring a positive experience.
- Image Selection: Assist in selecting the best 50 out of 200 images for client presentations, ensuring the best quality images are highlighted.
- Client Relations: Build strong rapport with clients aged 30-60 by discussing personal topics such as family and pets, creating a warm and empathetic atmosphere.
- Post-Production Support: Ensure smooth and timely post-production processes by assisting with image preparation for client viewing.
- Follow-Up: Manage follow-up communications, ensuring that clients receive top-tier service and all their needs are addressed.

Requirements
- Experience in sales support or client-facing roles, preferably in the photography, social events or weddings industry.
- A friendly and empathetic demeanor, with strong communication skills to handle client interactions confidently.
- Confidence in presenting packages and handling post-session sales calls.
- Familiarity with the post-production process, especially in selecting high-quality images for presentation.
- Effective time management skills, particularly when working with a schedule driven by client availability.
- A love for photography or experience working with a company that offers photography services.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple client relationships seamlessly.
Time Commitment: Part-Time (20hrs/week).
