We enable our customers to build intuitive and engaging stores to support every stage of their growth. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to aid in the administration of the cash receipt process.

What You’ll Do:
Create and manage all aspects of a brand new internal cash receipts process. This process will include:
Obtaining and validating transactions and data from multiple banks and other sources
Working with stakeholders in the revenue and operations team to identify the sources of the transactions
Timely recording of the transactions in the revenue and billing systems
Work with our collections to team to build better processes to improve the efficiency of the cash receipt process
Act as liaison between Treasury, Revenue, and Billing teams to resolve any questions
Prepare cash reporting metrics as part of the month-end close process and internal reporting
Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audit by coordinating and responding to audit requests
Prepare monthly reporting on our investment performance and other key investment information
Assist with the preparation of our monthly cash flow statement and prepare analysis of our cash usage and position
Who You Are:
1-2 years experience either in corporate and/or public accounting
Undergraduate degree in Accounting
Knowledgeable of US GAAP
Highly analytical, with ability to dig into large amounts of data and summarize key findings and offer potential recommendations
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated problem solver
