Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury and FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role combines treasury functions with financial planning and analysis to support the organization’s financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and experience in cash management and forecasting. We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow within the organization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Treasury Functions:

  • Monitor daily cash flow and manage liquidity to ensure operational needs are met.
  • Assist in cash management strategies and optimize cash reserves.
  • Analyze funding requirements and manage relationships with financial institutions.
  • Support debt management activities, including compliance with covenants and reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on cash forecasts, and debt positions.
  • Assist with processing cash payments.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Analyze financial performance and variances, providing insights to management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Prepare quarter presentation to the Board of Directors
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess financial impacts of strategic initiatives.
Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Expert in using Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in financial modeling and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly. Ability to work directly with and present to Senior Management.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and taking initiative.
  • Eagerness to embrace new challenges and contribute to team success.
  • Knowledge of cash management practices and financial markets is a plus.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in treasury, FP&A, or financial analysis.
