UKG Pro Implementation Expert (Contractor)

Kaizen Analytix LLC, an analytics products and consulting services firm that gives clients unmatched speed to value through analytics solutions and actionable business insights, is seeking candidates for a experienced UKG Pro Implementation Expert for our Consulting Services team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation process of UKG Pro (formerly known as UltiPro) HR and payroll software for our clients. They will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure the software to meet those needs, and provide training and support throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
  • Configure UKG Pro software to meet client requirements, including but not limited to HR, payroll, benefits administration, time and attendance, and talent management modules.
  • Lead implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Provide training to clients on how to use UKG Pro software effectively.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with UKG Pro software updates and enhancements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on UKG Pro software, providing guidance and recommendations to clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. required; MBA is preferred
  • 3+ years previous experience implementing UKG Pro (UltiPro) software is required; Certification in UKG Pro implementation is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and best practices.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving / analytical and presentation skills, documentation with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members; A mindset of “own it all the way”
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
