Summary
As a UX/UI Designer in a company within our network, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding user needs and behaviors through research and testing. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital products such as websites and mobile applications. The UX/UI Designer will work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure that the final product meets user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and testing for understanding needs and behaviors
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and designs aligned with user and business goals
- Collaborate with development to ensure technical feasibility and communicate design decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- English C1/C2
- 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Strong wireframing and prototyping skills
- Strong visual design skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in relevant design software and tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
