Summary:
As a Web Designer in a company within our network, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing and intuitive web designs. Your creative flair, attention to detail, and understanding of user experience (UX) principles will be essential in producing designs that engage and delight users. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, you will collaborate to transform design concepts into functional, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize visually appealing website layouts aligned with client objectives and brand identities.
- Apply UX design principles for seamless navigation and optimal user flow across devices.
- Design responsive interfaces, optimize visual assets, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field. A relevant portfolio is required.
- 5+ years of experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of web design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and responsive design.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design best practices, understanding the capabilities and limitations of front-end development.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
- Attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
