As a Validation Specialist at Corcentric, you will join a collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the security and managing the access to financial data and payment intelligence for clients and suppliers of Corcentric.
This key position is a work-from-home opportunity. We are currently hiring out of the following locations:
- Des Moines, Iowa
- Omaha, Nebraska
In order to be considered, you should be within a commutable distance to one of these key hiring markets, as there may be in-person training and team-building events from time to time.
This role reports to the Client Services Supervisor within our Payments team. We’re a dedicated, down-to-earth group in a growing organization offering plenty of opportunity. We look forward to adding you into the mix!
As a Validation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Working closely with the company’s Security and Compliance Analyst to identify any local or network security issues.
- Ensuring proper access to client and supplier banking information.
- Monitoring enrollment activity to confirm appropriateness of information access.
- Investigating improper use and reporting violations to the Security and Compliance Analyst.
- Conducting information audits to ensure all activity in validations queue is secure from breach and unauthorized access to financial accounts.
Requirements
You’ll need to have:

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong listening and analytical skills.
- Ability to explain product features in a business-to-business tele-sales setting.
- Intermediate level of knowledge with internet technology.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Comfortable MS Office skills.
