What We're Looking for:

We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering self-driving (L4) products that make the way we move safer, faster, and more efficient. We seek mission-driven, highly skilled people with deep experience in fast-paced, rapidly growing, tech development environments.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Establish new product introduction process with manufacturing partners including operations, quality, and engineering change management processes.
  • Drive build readiness including quality and assembly process development and related tooling and training.
  • Lead technical and operations management of Stack’s manufacturing site operations to ensure successful development and pre-production vehicle builds.
  • Partner closely with the contract manufacturer and internal engineering and supply chain teams to proactively address risks, troubleshoot and root cause issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Work with TPM, GSM, Engineering, and manufacturing to develop and deliver to build plan.
  • Typically onsite at CM in the Detroit, MI area. Some travel is required to visit suppliers and internal Stack locations.

Experience / Necessary Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with vehicle manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Technical understanding of autonomous vehicle components and their integration.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
