What you’ll do:

As the VP of Global Partners, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth through partnerships with key GSIs, Telcos, OEMs, Tech Alliances and MSPs across the globe. You will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that align with our business objectives and drive mutual value for both parties. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with partners, identifying new partnership opportunities, and driving initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion. .

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Partner Identification: Identify and prioritize potential strategic partners based on market analysis, industry trends, and business needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partnership activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to drive successful partnership initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to executive leadership.
  • Market Expansion: Drive initiatives to expand the company's market reach through strategic partnerships, including international expansion efforts.
  • Innovation: Identify and pursue innovative partnership opportunities that drive competitive advantage and differentiation in the market.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the global partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications

  • 20+ years experience in sales, distribution and channel leadership positions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Successful track record of leading high performing teams
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments
  • Experience working in large security companies with high growth
  • Ability to create effective relationships both internally and externally
  • Successful track record managing high profile and large growth partner relationships
  • Previous experience managing regional and large national partner teams
  • Experience with both one tier and two tier partnerships
