About the Role

Reporting to the SVP of Payor Strategy and Sales, you are a competitive and dynamic professional who is entrepreneurial-minded, and a data driven sales professional. You thrive in developing and delivering solutions that will generate results for our sales team. You will be a key leader responsible for driving revenue growth, sales contribution, and fostering strategic partnerships. Leadership potential is a plus.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate new business leads with potential new customers
  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture early-stage opportunities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion, in line with company objectives
  • Identify emerging market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision making and maintain a competitive edge
  • Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market insights to assess progress, identify areas of improvement, and optimize sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, customer success and more to ensure the alignment of and integration of sales strategies
  • Update and maintain CRM, recording all activities and next steps accurately
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and pricing
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation, and implementing best practices to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need
  • 8-10 years in sales or related field
  • Healthcare knowledge/background
  • Previous experience developing leads from marketing/sales campaigns all the way through sales execution
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, or similar role
  • Team player who can strategize, document, and improve processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
