40hrs, Full-time. Remote

Position:

As a Video Ad Specialist, you will manage high-budget video campaigns across major digital platforms, focusing on optimising performance and maximising ROI. You’ll analyse marketing activities, track results, and seek to improve conversions. Collaborating closely with the creative team, you’ll develop new marketing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all marketing analytics aspects including analysing, reporting and tracking of marketing activities .

  • Manage, optimise and maximise ROI on large scale digital media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tiktok, Snap, X).

  • Constant conversion performance improvement by A/B testing ad copy, creative types and funnel experience.

  • Collaborate with the creative team on new marketing angles and ads.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience managing significant budgets, with a deep understanding of video performance campaigns (highly required)

  • High analytical ability (will be tested through online assessments) and the ability to learn advanced analytical tools

  • Able to multitask and prioritise among many competing needs in a fast-paced, fluid environment, and ensure delivery dates are met

  • Ability to handle high budgets for performance campaigns.

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to work hours aligned to Central Africa Time +1 (8 hours per day)
