Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or financial administration
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping
Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Knowledge of payroll processing and bank reconciliation
Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
Experience supporting small businesses, startups, or multiple clients is a plus
Additional accounting or bookkeeping certifications preferred

What to expect...Schedule:
Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities may be full-time or part-time.Compensation:
Rate starts at $5 per hour
