THE JOB:Web Forms Administrator

The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.

Starting Salary Range: $70,855 -$ 88,570

Reporting to the Manager of Business Applications, the Web Forms Administrator is responsible for designing, developing, and managing sophisticated webforms for robust data collection and exchange processes, ensuring seamless integration with the various systems like CRM, ERP, the Doctors of BC website, and other custom applications to enable and improve outcomes for the administrative functions of the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for converting numerous physical forms into dynamic electronic forms and must possess extensive experience with webform tools like Form Assembly, JotForm, Formstack, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Webform Design and Development:

  • Design and develop complex webforms that cater to various data collection needs.
  • Convert existing physical forms into highly functional electronic webforms.
  • Employ advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize webforms for optimal user experience and functionality.
  • Implement conditional logic, validation rules, and dynamic fields to ensure webforms are interactive and efficient.

Integration and Data Management:

  • Integrate webforms seamlessly with various systems, ensuring data flows accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize APIs and connectors to facilitate real time data exchange between webforms and systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, snowflake, Drupal.
  • Develop automated workflows and triggers to handle data submitted through webforms.
  • Maintain data integrity by implementing rigorous validation and error handling mechanisms within webforms.

Tool Proficiency and Innovation:

  • Leverage Form Assembly’s full capabilities, including complex form creation, workflow automation, and Salesforce integration.
  • Utilize additional webform tools such as JotForm and Formstack for specific use cases, ensuring the right tool is used for each project.
  • Stay abreast of the latest features and best practices for all webform tools and propose innovative solutions to enhance data collection processes.
    Collaboration and Technical Support:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements and understand their data collection needs.
  • Provide technical training and support to staff on using webforms and interpreting the collected data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to webform functionality, data integration, and user experience.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Create comprehensive documentation for all webform designs, workflows, integration processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure all webforms comply with relevant data protection regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA, maintaining high standards of data security and privacy.
  • Conduct regular audits and updates to ensure webforms remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma required, in Computer Science, Business, Web Development, or related field preferred.
  • At least two years of related experience highly preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of webform tools such as Form Assembly, JotForm, Formstack, and similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing webforms with advanced functionalities like conditional logic, validation rules, and dynamic fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create efficient and effective webforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and providing training.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple webforms and integration projects.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and tools, particularly for linking webforms with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Proficient with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related software) for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Technical aptitude to diagnose and resolve issues related to webform functionality and data integration.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
