What you'll do:
As a Web2Print Specialist, you will be responsible for the architecture, configuration, governance, templating standards, and integrations within our Infigo environment. Working as part of the wider Web2Print team and in collaboration with internal IT, ERP, and WMS specialists, you will help ensure seamless ordering across variable print and finished goods while maintaining production integrity, integration reliability, and proper release governance.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
INFIGO Platform Architecture & Governance
Design and maintain master/child site structures and override controls
Configure roles and permissions following least-privilege principles
Manage Dev/Test/Prod environments and structured release cycles
Control product lifecycle (draft pilot live deprecate)
Monitor render queues, logs, and webhook failures
Optimize storefront performance (asset weight, template efficiency, caching strategy)
Maintain SEO, accessibility (WCAG basics), and UX standards
Product & Catalogue Configuration
Print & Variable Products
Configure static and variable print products
Implement complex pricing matrices and approval workflows
Apply tax/GST and shipping logic aligned with finance systems
Ensure cart checkout order fulfilment traceability
Finished Goods & Inventory Products
Configure stocked SKUs and inventory-aware ordering
Manage stock visibility, backorder logic, and reorder thresholds
Support kitting and bundled product logic
Align storefront product states with warehouse workflows
WMS & ERP Integration (Collaborative Ownership)
Working alongside internal IT and warehouse teams:
Support API and webhook integrations to WMS/ERP platforms
Validate order payload structures (SKUs, metadata, tax, shipping)
Monitor export reliability and idempotent order handling
Assist in diagnosing sync failures and reconciliation discrepancies
Participate in integration testing and release validation
Document integration behaviors and support models
Technical Art working & Template Governance
Structured Artwork & InDesign Expertise
Build robust INDD files using structured paragraph/character/object/table styles and GREP styles
Recreate supplied artwork into reusable, templated-ready structures
Apply scripting awareness (Extend Script/UXP) for light automation
Print Production & Preflight Control
Prepare assets for proof and production (resolution, color space, transparency, vector integrity)
Detect and correct print risks (overprint, rich black, missing fonts, excessive ink)
Output certified PDFs (e.g., PDF/X) with correct ICC profiles
Manage font licensing, embedding, and substitution risks
INFIGO Templating
Create and maintain INFIGO templates, output presets, and render settings
Bind dataset fields, build repeaters/tables, manage pagination
Implement conditional logic and regex validation
Review legacy Page DNA configurations and assess redesign needs
Data Preparation & Validation
Clean and normalize datasets (Power Query, Excel advanced functions)
Implement validation lists and structured error flagging
Produce ingestion-ready tables
Export predictable UTF-8 CSVs with correct delimiter discipline
QA, Monitoring & Release Control
Develop regression packs and golden datasets
Maintain structured release notes and rollback paths
Track integration health metrics (render SLA, webhook latency)
Use version control (Git or similar) for configuration tracking
Maintain operational dashboards (orders, adoption, SLA, fulfilment sync)
Successful candidates must have:
3–6+ years Web2Print platform experience
Strong hands-on experience with INFIGO
Experience configuring both print and finished goods products
Exposure to WMS/ERP integrations in an eCommerce or fulfilment environment
Advanced Adobe InDesign knowledge in structured template building
Experience operating within structured Dev/Test/Prod environments
Work Arrangements:
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
Work Setup: Work-from-home
Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
