Responsibilities:
- Make daily warm sales calls from our extensive membership database.
- Identify members' financial needs and communicate the benefits of supplemental insurance products.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the application process.
- Maintain communication with members, providing updates, addressing concerns, and offering continued support after policy issuance.
- Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.
