Responsibilities:
- Daily Warm Sales Calls: Engage with members from our large membership database.
- Identify Financial Needs: Understand and communicate the importance and benefits of supplemental insurance products.
- Excellent Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to clients throughout their journey.
- Maintain Communication: Keep in touch with members during the application process and provide necessary updates and support.
- Post-Policy Support: Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims processing.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all legal and ethical standards related to insurance policies.
