What You Will Do:

  • Engage Remotely with Clients: Discuss insurance needs with individuals and families.
  • Guide Enrollment Process: Provide expert advice and assist clients through the enrollment process.
  • Answer Inquiries: Address client questions and concerns with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work together to ensure smooth and efficient enrollment processes.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions and enrollment activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Independent Work Skills: Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Customer Service or Sales Experience: Previous experience is a plus.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with computer systems and software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and Reliable: Demonstrated self-motivation and reliability.
  • Technical Requirements: Must have a Windows Laptop/PC, internet access, a working camera, and a working phone
