Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily warm sales calls from our extensive membership database, focusing on building rapport and trust.
- Identify members' financial needs and clearly communicate the importance and benefits of supplemental life insurance products.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining ongoing member relationships, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain ongoing communication throughout the application process, offering updates, addressing concerns, and providing support to members.
- Offer continuous support post-policy issuance, including conducting policy reviews, updating beneficiaries, and assisting with claims.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and uphold ethical standards related to the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.
