What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Virtual Consultations: Engage with veterans and their families through remote meetings, assess their needs, and explain benefit programs and services designed to support them.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Be the go-to person for policyholders, answering their questions, guiding them through claims, and helping with policy updates.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Establish long-term trust by regularly following up with clients to review and adjust their benefit plans as needed.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and adhere to industry standards and regulations.
