Primary Goal: The Workforce Analyst will provide overnight and/or weekend support to the Workforce Management team by ensuring Spanish language interpreters are logged in and available for all service lines in order to meet staffing and interpreter utilization goals. The Workforce Analyst will communicate directly with Spanish language interpreters to provide staffing/schedule updates as well as Interpreter Ambassador related communications.
Responsibilities:
The Workforce Analyst will split responsibilities amongst the below areas. % of time allotted to each area may change depending on needs.
20% of time monitoring Spanish shift compliance
20% of time acting as Spanish Interpreter Ambassador
60% of time being on shift as an interpreter
Spanish shift compliance
Monitor Linguist Management Dashboard (LMD) to ensure proper staffing levels based on call volume and arrival pattern.
Monitor LMD to confirm all interpreters are available for all service lines including TI, VRI, and Assignments.
Create or remove shifts through Deputy based on interpreter availability.
Communicate directly with interpreters via Slack to inform on any staffing changes and promote on demand opportunities when needed.
Utilize Hubspot to email blast proactive communications for on demand opportunities when needed.

Educating interpreters about GLOBO
Promoting the GLOBO brand awareness
Maintaining a positive image of the brand
Working closely with sales and marketing on marketing strategies
Working closely with the GLOBO Innovation and Experience team to generate intelligence and feed ideas into the team for testing and validation
Creating social media content
Responding to online reviews
RequirementsRequired Minimum Education and Experience:
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? 1 year minimum of experience in the language services industry
? Confident at being able to troubleshoot basic technical issues
? Ability to understand and analyze business data
? Ability to communicate to various levels of GLOBO staff in multiple technologies ? Able to work in an environment that is fast paced, dynamic, highly regulated, and customer service focused
? Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint and superior knowledge of Excel
Experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred
