The team leader will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle support function which includes On boarding, Pre-joining compliance, CDC application and Training logistics for CCL Offshore Services. Further effectively engage with CCL stakeholders to align expectations and continuously update on the offshore performance. As Team leader the role involves working closely with the team and motivating team members on a daily basis. He/she should also be able to plan and act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Update management on team performance. Ultimately, he/she should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

3-5 years of cruise manning operations. At least 3 years of experience of managing teams
Well versed with MS applications especially excel, and a basic idea of analytics
Professional Experience in Hospitality, Cruise operations, Human resource
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with others. The prior onboarding experience is desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
