We are looking for a few exceptional, talented, and dedicated Sales Engineers to join and help drive our journey.

As a Juniper Mist Sales Engineer, you and your Account Manager will be focused on driving the AI Driven Enterprise business for your assigned territory. You will leverage your Wi-Fi and networking knowledge; technical and business skills; to demonstrate competitive advantages to customers and partners, setting Juniper Mist apart from other vendors in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • You will conduct online AI Driven Enterprise product presentations, solution demonstrations and answer technical questions
  • Analyze customer and partner requirements, then develop Juniper Mist technical solutions aligning to their business needs
  • Become the AI Driven Enterprise subject matter expert and leverage that knowledge to position Juniper Mist with all audiences from the IT Network Engineer to the C-Suite
  • Work with Juniper Partners to drive enablement, growth, and scale
  • Own the “White Glove” proof of concepts and evaluations for customer opportunities with partner teams
  • Help create design/deployment guides for public and internal consumption
  • Be an active member in the Juniper Mist community
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and Engineering teams to work on customer projects and provide feedback on industry trends and requirements
  • Be a difference maker
  • Secure the technical win and build lifelong customer relationships

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven experience as a manufacture or partner Sales Engineer, or equal experience as a Network Engineer/Architect designing, deploying, and operating full stack enterprise networks
  • Wi-Fi – experienced and knowledgeable about radio wave and rf fundamentals, performing site surveys, designing for high density campus and distributed site deployments. Experience with Wi-Fi design tools such as Ekahau, Netally, or iBwave
  • Routing – experienced and knowledgeable with routing protocols BGP and OSPF
  • Switching – experienced and knowledgeable with Layer2/3 wired LAN’s
  • Security – experienced and knowledgeable with NGFW’s, to include policy rules, and segmentation. Integration with AAA/Radius and various EAP methods and PKI Management
  • CLI Operating System – exposure and familiarity with Junos would be a bonus
  • Programing – exposure and familiarity with API’s, Postman, JSON, Python, etc., would be a bonus
  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, set priorities and manage simultaneous projects in a high-pace environment
  • Ability to work independently and with a team, with a passion to drive continuous success
  • Available to travel 50% of the time

Preferred Certifications

  • JNCIA – Junos (or higher)
  • CWNA (or higher)
  • JNCIA – Mist (or higher)
  • Other vendor certifications (Aruba, Cisco, Amazon, MS

Minimum Salary: $206,400.00

Maximum Salary:$296,700.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $206,400.00 and $296,700.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
