Job Description

As part of our Sales Alpsteam you are responsible for a defined territory in Switzerland covering Top 1000 customers. Your analytical and entrepreneurial mindset combined with your driven personality enables you to win new customers as well as to work with existing customers successfully. You are building up long term relationships with customers and sell the entire Matrix42 product portfolio.
  • You are a customer advisor and know how to convince clients to decide for and use M42 solutions
  • You are also responsible to develop a Sales-Plan, define customer opportunity analysis and keep the CRM system up to date
  • You are responsible to organize customer presentations and workshops. Furthermore, you represent Matrix42 at customer and partner events to generate new opportunities and expand your business network
  • You create customer specific solutions and develop strategic partnerships with your clients
  • Your tasks include to manage the entire Customers Sales-Cycle: you initially contact existing customers and prospects, qualify, and develop sales opportunities, prepare sales proposals and present them to customers as well as negotiate contracts with customers.
MUST HAVES
  • You have gathered experience in selling IT- and Software Solutions to different levels at customers
  • You can manage the entire Software Sales Cycle – from prospecting new clients to positioning IT and Software solutions, preparing proposals and presenting them to customer decision makers as well as negotiating customer contracts.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset; you are self-organized and have a bias for action.
  • You demonstrate a high social competence and you are a team player who shows flexibility, self-motivation, and accountability when working with customers, partners, and peers.

  • Experience in the Swiss market, ideally in selling IT and Software Solutions
