This is a remote position.

We are looking for an Admin virtual assistant for a law firm!

  • Responsabilities:
  • Document management
  • following up on bills
  • sending documents to client
  • contacting clients to schedule appointments or follow up with gathering documents from clients
  • writing short articles for website
  • social media management
  • organize client files
  • client management in CRM system

Schedule: 8am - 5pm (PST)

Requirements

  • Experience in accounting
  • collections
  • customer service
