We are looking for an Admin virtual assistant for a law firm!- Responsabilities:
- Document management
- following up on bills
- sending documents to client
- contacting clients to schedule appointments or follow up with gathering documents from clients
- writing short articles for website
- social media management
- organize client files
- client management in CRM system
Schedule: 8am - 5pm (PST)
