Medical app setter /CS - (DB1911)

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Medical Appointment Setter/Customer Service Agent for a pediatric doctor's office!

• Answering phones.
  
• Scheduling.
  
• Insurance authorization.
  
• Referrals.
  
• Prescription refill requests and prior auth.
  
• Triaging messages in EMR.
  
• Insurance verification.
  
• Creating New Patients.
  

Schedule: 8 am - 4 pm (HST).

Requirements

• Medical interpreter or appointment setter experience.
  
• A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. (If you have a degree in nursing, we have a different and very competitive salary offer for you!)
  
• Excellent English communication skills.
  
• Oriented to detail.
