Admissions Coach is looking for an Admin Assistant for supporting the CEO, this role will primarily involve interfacing withclients and facilitating their success with our services. As the designated individual
responsible for workspace management and client follow-up, the Client Success
Associate will ensure seamless organization and sustained communication to optimize
operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Client Journey Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from onboarding to project completion.Track progress at every stage, ensuring milestones are met and clients remain engaged throughout the process.
Project Coordination with ClickUp:
UtilizeClickUpto monitor task progress, deadlines, and dependencies.
Collaborate with the CEO to ensure transparency on each client’s progress and provide status updates.
Task Follow-Up and Accountability:
Oversee and follow up on all project-related tasks, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Proactively remind and guide clients on actionable tasks and deadlines within each sprint.
Schedule: 8 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
Requirements
Detail-Oriented Mindset:
Ability to manage multiple small tasks without losing track of progress or deadlines.
Exceptional organizational skills to maintain accuracy across multiple client projects.
Project Management Expertise:
Exposure toproject management methodologiessuch as Scrum or Kanban.
Familiarity withClickUpor other project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain close relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Clear and concise written communication for client follow-ups and status updates.
Proactive Problem Solver:
Ability to identify risks and bottlenecks early, ensuring corrective actions are taken swiftly.
Initiative to anticipate client needs and offer timely solutions.
Follow-Through and Accountability:
A commitment to seeing projects through to completion with consistency in follow-ups.
Ability to hold both clients and internal teams accountable for task completion.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the CEO and other departments to align client goals and deliverables.
