Summary:
We are seeking a Advertising Account Manager with approximately 5-6 years of experience in Account Management at an Advertising Agency or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Advertising Account Management process and be able to seamlessly integrate into our team, hitting the ground running from day one.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular and proactive communication.
  • Lead client calls, keeping clients informed about project progress and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and aligning our services to meet their needs.
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reports that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance.
  • Oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and within specified timelines.
  • Collaborate with Brand Account Supervisor, Director, or Account Lead to manage client expectations and foster a positive, collaborative relationship.
  • Utilize project management tools effectively and take ownership of established workflows while contributing suggestions for operational enhancements.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
  • English Resume is required
  • Approximately 5-6 years of experience in Account Management at an Advertising Agency or equivalent.
  • Profound knowledge of the Advertising Account Management process with the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Demonstrated maturity and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet client expectations.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on providing client solutions.
