What we need
We’re looking for a Business Analyst (DataIKU) who shares the same drive to improve people’s lives through technology and design.
You’ll be working at the heart of top innovation projects for some of the most hyped industries at this moment. Together with our team, you’ll be helping us assume responsibility for various roles inside the team.
What you’ll do
- Ensure best practices and consistency with market standards;
- Give advice on possible improvements in product backlog;
- Support the Product Owner in Product Backlog prioritization;
- Ensures that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all;
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Understand and prioritize technical stories and defect stories;
- Clarify any user story upon request from the development team during a Sprint;
- Test user stories developed by the Agile team;
- Evaluates the quality of previous releases and current release in production;
- Checks the new release for regression issues.
What will help you succeed
- At least 3 years of experience in Agile projects, especially digital projects;
- At least 2 year experience with DataIKU;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, Data Visualization Tools, Statistics;
- Knowledge of techniques and ways to collect data;
- Knowledge of digital trends, standards, and issues;
- Knowledge of prioritizing backlog items (INVEST, DEEP, Value Stream Map);
- Experience in Finance;
- Team player attitude with a sense of diplomacy;
- Very good level of English;
- French is highly appreciated.
