About the project

Our GenAI Workshop + Proof of Concept service enables businesses to utilize the potential of Generative AI. We begin with a thorough theoretical introduction to GenAI and the identification of business challenges that could be resolved with its use. Following this, we select the best use case and develop the Proof of Concept (PoC) on AWS to demonstrate the practical application of GenAI.

Objectives

  • Lead the development and implementation of Gen AI Workshops and Proof of Concepts to effectively define key use cases.

  • Identify the highest-value use case, and showcase the practical applications of Generative AI with the highest ROI, aiming to drive innovation and business growth for our clients.

  • Drive adoption and revenue growth for the offering.

  • Continuously improve the workshop content and PoC methodologies based on client feedback and industry trends.

  • Determine undermined user needs, develop solutions to meet these needs, and supervise the implementation

  • Own, build, maintain, prioritize, and effectively communicate the Product Backlog based on user and business needs

  • Create and manage the product roadmap, timelines, and stakeholders expectations

Areas of Responsibility

  • Design and refine the curriculum, materials, and activities for the Gen AI Workshop, including pain points and opportunities identification.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and client needs.

  • Identify and refine use cases for Gen AI implementation for different industries.

  • Calculate potential ROI on Gen AI implementation.

  • Define product specifications, technical hypotheses, and success criteria.

  • Handle planning, execution, and evaluation of PoC projects to ensure they meet client objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure successful execution of this service.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the success of the Gen AI Workshop + PoC.

  • Define and maintain the AI Solution roadmap, laying the foundation of further product development.

  • Continuously seek feedback and identify areas for improvement in the Gen AI Workshops and PoCs service offering.

Skills

  • Advanced English

  • Strong product management and strategic thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Deep understanding of generative AI technologies

  • Product documentation development (PRD, Use case, backlog details, etc.)

  • User Interview, requirement identification, and elicitation

  • Excellent presentation

  • Prioritization

Knowledge

  • Comprehensive understanding of product development lifecycle from identification of business opportunities and building product requirements to release.

  • Knowledge of AI concepts, technologies, and industry applications.

  • Understanding of market trends and customer needs in the AI space.

  • Knowledge of user experience design and product development methodologies.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner

  • At least over a year in a startup as Product Manager/Product Owner

  • Strong track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to launch and beyond

  • Workshop facilitation experience

  • GenAI project experience

  • Success metrics monitoring and ROI definition

  • Experience working with clients, gathering requirements, and managing client relationships.
