Objective
To provide flexible, on-demand design support by quickly delivering high-quality visual assets that meet brand guidelines and help achieve marketing and communication goals.
KPI
Deliver high-quality design work on a per-task basis
Maintain and develop the Neurons Lab brand in an organized and scalable way
Be the "brand-keeper” from the design perspective to document and advise team members on the correct use of the brand
Areas of Responsibility
Collaborate with internal team to understand project goals and requirements
Develop creative design concepts and layouts for various projects (presentations, diagrams, etc)
Present design work and revisions in a timely manner
Incorporate feedback from the team and iterate designs accordingly
Ensure final designs and files meet specifications for intended use
Create wireframes and prototypes to conceptualize the structure and workflow of the website. This includes things like site maps, user flows, screen layouts, etc.

Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Flexibility to accommodate variable on-demand workload (within a given range)
Ability to fully adapt designs to web format
Knowledge
Proficiency with design software (Figma and Adobe Creative Suite)
Understanding of UX/UI
Experience in video editing
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience designing for digital media
Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills across mediums
