What We'll Bring:

Global Delivery is responsible for the delivery of products to customers in support of client marketing campaigns, account risk management, and depersonalized analytical data requests.

As a Analyst on the Implementation team, you will play a key role ensuring our customers are brought from contract to launch, receiving insights into their program via reporting, and delivering services upon request. You will do this by gathering and providing customer’s integration requirements, testing their integration, reporting on the success of their program, and delivering services upon request.

  • Willingness to work in US hours.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or computer science and/or the equivalent of 0-3 years of technical customer support or operations experience.
  • Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence
  • Communicates effectively (both written and verbal) throughout the organization.

We’d love to see:

  • Exposure to financial services or insurance industries along with credit reporting (reading & evaluating credit data).
  • Experience in US-based employee Benefit’s programs / processes and workflows
  • Experience with handling data files, reviewing and/or auditing csv, comma delimited files for errors or issues (ensuring they meet spec)
  • Experience with aggregating reporting from disparate systems into a consolidated customer-facing output

  • Supporting TransUnion customers through their integrations of identity theft and cyber threats solutions. This includes prompt speed to market for TransUnion customers and collaborating across the matrix to ensure revenue. All actions taken help our customers solve industry challenges, build trusted partnerships, and drive revenue.
