Establish, promote and ensure adoption of the TransUnion Change and Governance frameworks, tools and processes to ensure adherence to Group change standards and methods
Proactively monitor projects against TCQ expectations, providing an early warning of any variances and exceptions to the portfolios
Contribute to the ongoing development of EPMO services and processes. Identifying and driving continuous improvement to enable, effective delivery of the portfolio
Lead and develop the reporting processes for the portfolio, setting out standards and timetables to ensure the provision of reliable and consistent management information
Develop, produce and manage key reporting such Exec Portfolio Dashboards and portfolio trend analysis
Develop, manage and drive Enterprise PMO communications and knowledge provision
Identify portfolio wide challenges to projects and common themes – including oversight of the thematic risk reviews.
Oversight and assurance of Portfolio performance against KPIs and quality metrics, providing constructive challenge and ensuring that the programs and projects are aligned with TU’s strategic priorities
Support, mentor and when necessary, lead the team of PMO Analysts to deliver the PMO Services
Own and deliver PMO induction and onboarding
Deputise for the Head of EPMO when required
Impact You'll Make:
The role of the Principal Portfolio Analyst is key to the successful running of the Enterprise PMO, supporting the Head of EPMO, PMO Analysts and Project Managers to execute their quality, governance, control and financial responsibilities. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with program and project managers as well as the wider business community, identifying and implementing ways in which the EPMO can best support the business in its growth ambitions.
It is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa and will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line in order to work effectively.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
