The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers the chance to lead exciting residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Oversee the full project cycle and achieve project objectives
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Ensure effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
Negotiate city permits and ensure compliance with regulations
Conduct site visits and quality inspections
Engage in materials specification for ADUs and sheds
What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree in architecture, construction science, or a related field, or equivalent working experience in an architectural company
At least 4 years of experience in residential construction project management, ideally with prefab ADUs and sheds
Proficiency in reading architectural and engineering drawings
Strong skills in permit negotiations, site inspections, quality control, inventory, budgeting, and cost control
Proficiency in construction project management software (Bluebeam, Procore, Clickup, Archicad)
Ideally, experience with production and manufacturing project management
Architectural license is a plus
A valid CA driver's license and the ability to drive within the San Francisco Bay Area
