We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Associate Client Executive based out of our Charlotte, NC office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Maintain and expand low-risk accounts from a small book of business while assisting senior colleagues with larger, complex accounts.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and project specialists to identify key decision-makers and assess account needs to propose tailored services and products.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new buyer hubs and expansion opportunities, aligning internal offerings with market trends.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to develop viable proposals for accounts, either independently or in support of senior colleagues.
- Ensure all managed accounts are in good standing, addressing escalated issues promptly to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or sales support, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on client engagement.
