As the Brand Leader, you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and monitoring of marketing strategies and plans for assigned products and indications. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the integration of these plans within the overall brand strategy, leading the development of marketing tools and digital initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and regional counterparts. Main requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Science, Finance, Business, or related field;
  • Master’s degree is preferred;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience within pharmaceutical industry, medical or Clinical Research Organization;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing or direct marketing results related experience (e.g., brand leader, product manager, omnichannel brand leader);
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish;
  • Solid understanding of the marketing planning & implementation process to optimize development of the market;
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into operational realities, set stretch goals & measure progress;
  • Demonstrate the ability to initiate and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of the organization;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Willing to travel at least 20% of the time.
