This role will lead the commercial scientific strategy for is aninvestigational humanized monoclonal antibody in IBD; a phase 3 monoclonal antibody directed to a novel target, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-like cytokine 1A (TL1A), in ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn’s disease (CD). Developing and implementing the scientific strategy for is aninvestigational humanized monoclonal antibody includes understanding complex medical content and having the ability to communicate it clearly and succinctly, working closely with scientific leaders to understand the evolving treatment landscape and gather key insights, and working closely across divisions including Medical Affairs, our Research & Development Division, Outcomes Research, and others. This role offers high visibility within a fast-growing franchise and strong potential for professional development and growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop a clear and concise scientific narrative for a novel MOA, and create associated plans to communicate this narrative
Liase with medical affairs team to shape the scientific strategy and priorities, ensure alignment with commercial strategy, and understand supporting actions
Congress Planning & Engagement Strategy: Develop SL engagement strategy, coordinate senior leadership SLEs.
Partner with Medical Affairs to develop Scientific Expert Input forums to solicit expert opinions on our development plans
V&I (Value & Implementation): HH Representative to work with US and ourResearch & Development Divisionto build strategies to proactively address data gaps in order to drive commercial value.
As a member of the global marketing team and cross-functional leadership team, partner with fellow CRM Global Marketing colleagues to invest in each other’s development, build a culture of inclusivity, speak-up and stretch our collective team’s thinking by challenging the status quo for the purpose of creating stronger outcomes.
Position Qualification & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
MBA or related advanced degree is preferred
Required Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience across marketing, sales, market access (or related experiences) in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, and at least 5 years of demonstrated in-line marketing experience.
Minimum 2 years immunology experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Gastroenterologists and Gastro KOLs
Global marketing experience
Global or US launch experience
Experience in building scientific narratives and strategy
Multi-country engagement experience
Location: Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA
Travel: ~20% of the time

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:
$181,600.00 - $285,800.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listedhere.
