About this role

The Partnerships Analyst role is a core team member supporting all business development efforts across both Health Plan and Provider engagement. This role will help drive the overall velocity of our business development efforts and help us achieve our growth targets for new customers and expansions with our existing customer base of health plans and providers.

On any given day you will find yourself creating business cases for potential health plans and providers, driving outreach to new customers, assessing our go-to-market strategy for potential improvements, and ensuring that we are on top of all customer-related tasks tracked in our CRM and other systems.

You will play a critical role in supporting the Health Plan BD Lead, Provider BD Lead, and Head of Partnerships in efforts to engage a broader set of potential customers and drive those relationships to closed deals.

Responsibilities

  • Support leaders across Health Plan and Provider Business Development to increase the velocity of our outreach, engagement, and push toward deal closure
  • Go-to-market analysis to support potential improvements to health plan and provider engagement, contracting, and provider incentive programs
  • Account planning support for targeted health plans and providers including contact identification, outreach, and other engagement tracking
  • Management of our CRM and weekly reporting on health plan and provider pipeline
  • Maintaining customer pitch decks, NDA’s and meeting notes for both provider and MCO customer meetings where needed
  • Administrative support for business development related activities (e.g. logistics and planning for key conferences, sales meetings, and customer visits)

Minimum qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, growth, or strategy roles
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are independently capable of seeking information, corralling resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction.
  • Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and skillset to take on a wide range of high priority business development tasks where you can be depended on to always deliver quality work.
  • Demonstrated experience combining rigorous data-driven analysis, strong business intuition, and an ability to work well across a variety of teams to solve complex problems
  • Compelling and precise written (incl. decks and memos) and verbal communication,with an ability to quickly take complex concepts and communicate them simply to executive audiences

Preferred qualifications

  • Consulting and/or client services experience
  • Healthcare experience specifically in the payer and/or government programs area with an interest and knowledge of health technology and the Medicaid space
  • Expert-level of proficiency with Excel modeling and Powerpoint deck creation
  • Comfort and experience with a range of collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Salesforce CRM, Jotform, and Google Workspace)

Salary Range:

US employees in New York City, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $142,000.00 - $185,000.00 USDUS employees in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, San Diego & Washington DC: $127,000.00 - $165,000.00 USDUS employees outside of the above listed US Cities: $119,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD.

Additionally, compensation will depend on other factors, including job location, training, education, and experience.

Benefits and Other Compensation: Medical, vision, dental, basic life insurance, and stock options available for the hired applicant. Employees also receive twenty (20) vacation days, accrued over the year and eleven (11) paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Sixteen (16) weeks of parental leave for birthing parents will also be available for use after successful completion of 6 months of employment, eight (8) weeks of bonding leave for non-birthing parents. Employees are able to enroll in our 401(k) plan and commuter benefits plan.
